I live in Stillwater apartments, its pretty decent
here are the pros and cons
Pros:
rent is very cheap , i got a 1 bedroom apartment for less than $500 a month
the apartments are very nice and come with heat/ac,

i can always find a parking space

it is a beautiful community, very scenic and pleasing to the eye, the apartments are nice, clean and not run down

The office is open 7 days a week, so you can always talk to someone in management and they are very receptive to any concerns you have

lots of closet and storage space


Cons:
would be nicer if it was gated for security reasons

tub gets clogged easily, it needs a removable stopper

the bathroom is VERY small, tiny, and the layout is not attractive for a bathroom

the community needs more lighting , especially at night, as a single woman walking alone, it can be a lil scary

would be nice if there were security cameras around the community as well for safety

there are constantly dogs barking
