I have not had any problems at the still water. I moved in here while my new home is being built..never really living in an apartment(always rented homes)

Besides the contruction(they are doing to the exterior of the buildings), the grounds are nice.

I live in a corner,middle apt. So I have the typical apartment noise, but nothing to really complain about.

I have been lucky and my truck has not been broken into, but would not be surprised if it did...I live in an apartment complex. things happen. recently there are security gaurds so this might be the diff.

I use the outdoor grills all the time. They are cleaned out all the time(from prior users) and are near a nice grass area for my kids to play.(most complexes have rocks not grass)

Not everything is perfect..

i left a laundry basket in the laudry room(only for a few hours) and someone took it!!!(I know thats my fault) And I hate that there are no washer and dryers in the apts.

The counter top was old and they just painted over it to make it look "newer". The linoleum is old and needs replacement.(even tho carpet was new) and the timer on the lighing needs to be reset they turn on after its already REAL dark outside.

BUT other then that...I really enjoy this place and plan on staying here until my house if finished being built.
