there's never any good or bad just what we make of it...
i love the fact that there are families and kids b/c i have two kids.
moms and the kids hang out at the park and the pool. the space inside the courtyard is safe. there are some really great neighbors who have been there a LONG time. people DO watch out for you if you get to know them and watch out for them.
one front office staff is wonderful, the other one is a salesperson. what can ya do' we live in a part of glendale that is kind of transitioning. if you are not aware that there is crime in general in our area...well..come one, it doesn't just stop at some manicured border.
As for noise...we live in apartments. Maybe because I have two young kids, it doesn't bother me as much..I haven't heard a peep from neighbors to either side. We are respectful of their space as well. If you have kids and need an affordable community that is actually very safe overall then I think it is good. I was disappointed at the beginning because I expected something else. But it has turned out to be suitable for the next year at least.
