It started out well for me in the 1 bedroom apartment I was renting.
I upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment.
I had roaches and the office insisted they would come spray/
Did this maybe twice and it never helped one bit.
Maintenance was usually very slow - I was pregnant and without a working toilet for some time!!!!!!!!!!! If you had an "emergency" on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you could FORGET IT. I once had the lock broke on my arcadia door and GET THIS they suggested I was going to sleep in my apt. with it broken'!'!'!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!
The "Manager" named Kim is a total -----, though when you first stop in she is sweet as pie to try and get you to rent. I referred friends to live there who did move in and stayed at least a year. I NEVER got the referral bonus I was promised by her.
I had 2 cars stolen from there due to their lack of security which was only good because it led to us having to move out early on our lease. I now owe them $2500 because of this, but thanks to the lack of security I also have a 400 car payment because I had to have a car to live!!!!!!!
Oh yeah and let us not forget the MANY times the damn dryers ate my quarters!
AND the swimming pool was ALWAYS CLOSED because the city kept shutting it down until they had it up to regulations.

Oh and the only good thing about it was the price wasn't too bad & the lady in the office named Ruby was very sweet.
