A friend recommeded these apartments to me, they said they take pretty much any kind of credit..yep! And with so so credit comes ------ apartments and ------ management! Where they claim that the floors are real hard wood and they are really roll out cheap tile and that the walls are freshly painted, but not all the way to the floor! And dont forget the mold! The manager Kim is real nice at first, right when you move in. She will have maitenance come and half ass repair whatever is broken, only to fall apart a few days later because it wasnt done right the first time! The maitenance man Samuel is a nice guy and works hard, but only to be followed around by David the other LAZY, RUDE, IGNORANT Maitenance man! Which by the way Kim has work in the office during the weekends and he doesnt know anything except how to say "I Don't Know" and to take a cigarette break. When I was having a real emergency and my apartment was falling apart, I asked to be moved to a two bedroom and I was given a sad excuse as to why I couldnt rent it. She replied with "I will let you out of your lease, to avoid a law suit." My neighbor's are loud and obnoxious and Kim just throws her hands in the air with no care! Summertime came and it was time to go swimming.... well it is closed half the time because of health code violations and when you do get to swim.. you are watched from a nearby upstairs apartment rented by David the so called maitenance man/security/leasing agent... where he watches you like a F***ING PETAFILE making your whole swimming experience uncomfortable and scary. But who cares right' Not the manager who take 3 hour lunch breaks or takes frequent vacations leaving Captain Idiot (David) in charge of the office. I dont know much about Ruby, due to never having to deal with her... I try to stay away from the office because I never get any help from them anyways. I think this place is a F***ING JOKE!!! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
