Corporate Number From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   MG properties is the problem.. You don't want to rent from any of their properties, there's too much bull ---- going on with them that they can't even pay attention to you, it takes months for them to get to their work orders and if you call them they don't ever answer the phone you have to personally go and talk to them, and then... they say "oh well i'll call you", you never hear a word, and then you go down there later that day and the manager has left! The managers are never there to help you, and the leasing agent that is there, doesn't ever know anything. My experience with Sun Creek was terrible, here's the corp. number you'll need it.. 858-658-0500.
