I have called in several times to complain about a pool pump which you can hear from inside my bedroom, but the management has assured me that the pump cannot be heard from inside the apartments. I am a little annoyed at them. This on top of other management shortcommings including the returning of packages to sender, which I believe is illegal makes this a poor choice to live.

Sorry that you feel so negativly, I find the office staff is very friendly and helpful.The ground look great and a heck of a lot better than any of the apartments in the area.
