Terrible Manager From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   I think my room is not so bad. Ceiling, walls, carpet, kitchen and bathrooms...almost clean. (The walls are unbelievably thin and I can hear my neibors's cough, talking and TV noise every day) But, this is the most serious problem, the office manager and her assistant are awful. They never care about their residents in spite of the words "We love our residents" in a key holder which they gave us. They seem to be interested in the rent only. If you live in Sun Creek, you will need a lot of patience with them.
