Yes great place to live, if you like living with criminals! No matter what the managements says, they are well aware of the persons living at Sun Creek and they have know for more then a year. They have many people living in apts that are ment for only 2 people. They do not clean up after the dogs and yes dogs have been out many times off the leash.Management seems to pick and chose the rules they want to inforce and pick and choose the people they want to inforce the rules on.If you are interested in moving here, you should check the online public info on crime in this area first.

I am the manager and it is against the our policy to let anyone in with a felony and if you look closely this person claims to have lived here for 3 years ask yourself "Why are they still living here if it's so bad here?"
