Recommended! From: debarshi Date posted: 5/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   If you're looking for a place near the Thunderbird School of Global Management, definitely consider Sun Creek. It's right across the street, the units were completely renovated and brand new when I moved in (Fall 2007) and the front desk and maintenance staff were excellent and flexible to meet all of my needs. I had a roommate, so splitting the rent and utilities made the costs pretty reasonable.
