Great place to live From: kevinalthaus Date posted: 6/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   My wife, son, and I have lived at Sun Creek for 2 years. We renewed our lease twice (original 1 year lease 2 6 month leases). We have enjoyed living at Sun Creek and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. Management is great, maintenance is quick, and my wife feels safe walking our 3 year old son around the complex even at night.
