I lived in Sun Creek for one year while attending Thunderbird. The location was great (right across the street) so I walked to class every day. My apartment was completely remodeled before I moved in so it was in great shape. The apartments are not fancy but but are good enough for a short-term stay. Not a lot of ammenities (washer and dryer are included) but any problem I had was always fixed within 24 hours by the maintenance staff. Each apartment has a dedicated parking spot which is covered to keep the Arizona sun off your car. People seem to keep to themselves and I never had a problem with any of my neighbors. The maintenance and office staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely reccommend Sun Creek if you are looking for a short-term place at a reasonable price. Just one tip, I had a 2-bedroom and most students I talked to that got 1-bedrooms ended up wishing they had a 2-bedroom since the price difference isn't that great.
