So far, so good. I just renewed for another year. Management is very capable, maint. crew is knowledgable and fast. Location to area businesses is good. 5 minutes from the college :o) Not gated though and security measures leave a little to be desired. If you choose to live here, it is a garuntee that your vehicle will be broken into or someone will try to steal it. Some of the neighbors are so freaking loud. Management will speak to them about it, but do nothing to enforce it. The apartments are very nice, large, open, and well maintained.
