It's gone down hill

We moved in almost 3 years ago and loved it. Friendly neighbors, friendly stall, awesome maintenance girls (and still are!!), ect. However, in the last 6 months the place has gone way down hill. There's now trash everywhere, dog poo to watch out for, VERY noisy neighbors, the cops have been called on my neighbors at least twice and they are STILL there. When we signed the lease we were told that if the cops were called once, we would be evicted. What happened to that''' Why the hell are they still there'' I now feel so unsafe in my own home that we are breaking our lease and leaving. I walk to my car in the morning with a pocket knife for some kind of protection against the rift raft that's now allowed to live there. How ridiculous!!
