We moved here in Dec. Our 6 month stay has been terriable. The office is no help, there are poeple outside all hours of the night and you can hear it with the windows closed. Parking is a joke. There have been spells of no hot water, garbage overflowing and dog poo and trash all over the property. Mant. is a nightmare, everything in the Apt. is falling apart and there throw together job doesnt make it any better. Sad to say but, were going to brake our lease.. I souldn't have to walk to a vacant Apt. to dry my clothes b/c they wont fix mine!!!!

Our firm, MEB Management Services was recently named the Management Agent for Tela Verde by the court appointed Receiver. I am truly sorry for what you have had to endure with regard to missed work order appointments, poor grounds upkeep and other challenges while the community was under the management of the prior firm and Ownership. I know it has been extremely difficult and most certainly worrisome given that in some instances, you were threatened with loss of trash, water or other utility services. I want you to know that, together with the on-site team, I will work diligently and swiftly to ensure that all of your concerns are addressed as quickly as possible.
