Where do I begin. The new management may appear to be friendlier and more competent, but they unfortunately are not. None of the 'selling points' such as the computer room, car wash, or jacuzzi work. New management has done nothing to improve these for the residents but continue to say they are putting in a 'work order'. I find this comical being that it took three months for our dish washer to get fixed(after the so-called 'work order' was processed)and when it had broke we had only been here 1 month. Maintanance is incompetent and rude and act as if you are bothering them if you have a question or problem with your apt. There continues to be trash all over the premises. My car, as well as my neighbors has been broken into twice, and both cars are parked close to our doors under a roof. As if all of the above wasnt reason enough not to rent an apt here, they allow multiple large dogs in a two bedroom apt which in turn keeps the entire block up during the night. Take my advice and do not rent here.
