I recently wrote a review to tell everyone what a great place Tela Verde is becoming again. I was startled to find a review that is totally unfounded and not true. I have spoken to the very friendly and competent office staff and they have informed me of the current situation reguarding the ammenities. The prior management had not maintained the ammenities so the responsibility has fallen to new management. New management is now not only trying to make repairs but also have taken the extra step to start having the ammenities maintained so this does not happen again. I have been told that the pool and business center should be open within a week. I have put in work orders and the very friendly maint. has taken care of them within 48 hours. As a community member I urge everyone to go the office if you need assistance or have questions, the office staff is ready and willing to give you the answers. I have been here for years and all of this didn't happen overnight but it is very visable that new management is taking care of business one ammenity at a time.

Will wait to see, as far as we see, their are no improvements. I moved out of their this year because of the issues and drove back a few days ago and still see garbage around and the place still looked unkept. I even spoke to some of the residence there and they are also dissatisfied and no improvements in the homes have been made. Maybe you physically need to be there or stay in the show apartment for a week and see if that is where you like to call HOME SWEET HOME. Me being in Management you have to learn not to go by what people your staff says but monitor and follow up on things to ensure things are completed up to par and that the residences are happy. Management never goes by what the staff says but what the consumer says as well. Why do not you go to visit some of the residence and discuss there concerns and ensure this is resolved. I see that you rely on the staff and listen and believe by word of mouth that things are improving. I know I was just there and my eyes have seen differently. As far on the so called Maintenance Girls, they are not friendly or helpful at all, it had always seemed to be a bothered to ask for assisatnce or to have anything done in the home. I still say this is the WORST place I have EVER stayed at!!!!!!!
