I shall never forget the two default judgments obtained against me - even AFTER my rent had been paid.

The previous management was great in comparison to the current management who came on board in the Summer of 2003. I'd rather slam my junk in the lid of a toilet seat than have to spend time in the apt. office trying to negotiate a concern.

Parking was a nightmare. We particularly enjoyed the short-run of thieves towing cars away in the middle of the night, guised as working on behalf of the apartment mgmt.

The gate code' Pffffft... Real stealthy. Idiots.

Hot tub was crap - our 2nd bedroom flooded because of a neighbor's fire sprinkler - ants in our apt - main trash bin areas were always overflowing - gym (if you can call it that) equipment was defunct - and the rent being raised an obnoxious amount per leasing period was more of a sure bet than the Sun rising the next morning.

Maintenance... did they have that there' Hmmm - I wouldn't know since they never responded to calls regarding the craptastic dishwasher, carpet peeling from the linoleum edging, the drywall falling in because of moisture leaks, the washer being unbalanced, etc. etc.

The list could go on, but I need to go make a phone call to find out where my deposit is.... they take fast, but don't return quickly.

Nothing beats homeownership - which is truly appreciated once living at the Pavilions.

Don't let the recent anonymous 5.0 approvals/ratings fool you - a disgustingly laughable attempt by a sad crew of flunky women in tight Wal-Mart clothing claiming to be "Property Management Professionals" in disguising The Pavilions at Arrowhead as a desirable living community.

Live under a bridge - sleep with random heroin junkies for motel money - do anything OTHER than lease an apartment here! You've been warned.

AMEN, you are so right on about the Pavilions. Couldn't have said it better myself. The way they do business, should be illegal
