The resident certainly is not valued, respected, or cared for by the property manager under the leadership of MG Properties. If you are considering renting at a property managed by this company, canvass the existing residents and find out how many want out!

There is a high staff turn-over rate; the office staff are discourteous, inexperienced, and unprofessional; parking is horrific (carports are inadequate and are often issued to more than one resident because records are poor), clerical error is prevalent creating a lot of lost rent payments and unwarranted notices of eviction; and security is poor because it has not been taken seriously and has been jeopardized to lower costs. Please accept this as a huge warning!

I lived in Maya Linda Apartments in Phoenix from 2003-2004 with no problems from Sky west properties. I wanted to move back to the same place, and found out the hard way, that MG properties has no concern of their tenants, and poor office personell. The office was loaded with 3 temp personell, and not one of them new what to say about the move in special. They were confused. I sat there and filled out my app, and figured all would be good. Then find out the following Monday i was DENIED an apartment, based on their inability to understand a "Credit" report. I showed proof of the misunderstanding, and now they have egg on their face. Very unprofessional atmosphere there, and if you call to inquire well...they just don't have time for you. If you do choose to move in, then I suggest you check it over thoughorly, cause you will be on your own!!!
