The truth is:
There are some really loud tennants.
A crack pipe was actually laying in the grass in the common area. Lovely, it mingled with all the dog feces so well.
The grounds keepers DO wake you up before 7:30 AM, so, students and swing shifters beware.
The "sauna" has never worked. Neither has the showers in the changing room. The fitness room has only one treadmill and one elipical machine. Their web photo that shows more, it's due to the wall length mirror. The car wash makes your car dirtier than before you washed it!
One good thing is the maintence staff. They are quick to attend to problems. Sometimes they have to return but it's not like this complex is paying them the big bucks.
If you are moving in from out of state, take a weekend and look around. There are plenty of places to choose from! We wish we had done that.

Agree, take the time, to look elsewhere. It will be well worth it. You'll be sorry if you move here.
