Take some time...read the other review, and DO NOT MOVE IN. 4 the same $$$, 7mile away, you will get better quality, free cable & internet access, newer, no SH** all over the grass, understanding staff, better security, cleaner pools.. Trust me, move on! The Maintenance Staff is the best! They too should move on.
