Everything was ok at first, we waited an extra ten days to move in because they had to replace the carpet only after moving in were we told it was never replaced.

All drawers and cabinets and counters are peeling, we were told they were in the process of replacing them.(two years later, they were never done) Most of the time any maintenance issues were ignored and we had to fix them our selves. Everytime it rained we had huge cracks and bubbles through our celling, maintenance did finally come to fix it, but opened all the bubbles over my furniture and bed and practically ruined everything.

The office staff is awful, they never answer the phone, Probably because they are always outside smoking. Can never "find" a package. Always letting their children speed around the complex on the golf carts.

Most of the time there the outdoor lighting is out, dog poop everywhere!! It alomost seems like anyone can rent there now.

When the newest Leasing agent started, she moved in right next to us, With her 5 kids and 10 boyfriends. Always slamming doors, blasting music, people in and out all day and night. Underage drinking almost everyweekend, along with smoking pot. The cops have been called on them but nothing changes. Everytime we would walk over to talk to them about our issues she was always "busy" or "in the shower" She is either clueless because she is rarely there or just does not care. The office staff did nothing because she worked there, Her son drives recklessly through the complex, blasting his music, not to mention stonned. The office staff did nothing about this issue.

* 3 months after moving out recieved a lettter stating we never paid our last months rent and all these bogus charges. Although we have the copy of the cashed check for the last month of rent, and a signed letter clearing our move out check list.

Sounds like it has gotten WAY WORSE than it was. I have a complaint about them as well. I was emailed that someone else had a complaint. Your complaint. I am sorry about your experience. We warned people a few years ago. I am glad you are out of there.

I believe every word that you are saying, the office staff has an unauthorized animal that is huge, kids smoke pot all day, parties all of the time, what does that say about the office staff? I am out of here also.
