We moved out on 1/4/08, gave our notice on 11/29/07 and they attempted to say that we did not give them proper notification (30 days). The staff is incompentent and rude, never on time and always leaving early before the scheduled closing time. The maintenance staff is a joke, took over 3 days to have someone inspect our washing machine and tell use what we already knew, it was broke. Someone broke the entrance gate with their vehicle and it took over a month to fix, and why am I paying more for gated security' The fitness room is a joke with outdated and dirty equipment, also the center weightlifting platform is damaged and unsafe to use...only a matter of time before someone is injured and drops a lawsuit.

Like one of the other reviews stated, this used to be a great place to live. We lived here for a couple years and noticed it go downhill once it was taken over by MG properties.

Do yourself and save every receipt, check, and lease document. It will save you a headache in the long run with this staff.
