The Pavilions at Arrowhead
AVERAGE RATING

We moved into the place because it's sq/ft to price ration was awesome!! And the floorplan for the 2 bedroom has a seperate kitchen and not all open like every other apartment we've looked at. Kind of like a mini house rather than an apartment. That is all with the good. Now the bad: The apartments may look decent on the outside but on the inside they look from the late 80's. Countertops were painted and the cabinets are falling/chipping apart. The doors don't line up and the A/C unit is so loud and gurgles water that I have to sleep with the door closed since it wakes me up at night!
**The staff always came in late and left the office early. And don't bother calling them bacause on average I could call 10 times in 1 day and talk to a person only once! Usually the answering machine picked up.
The entrance gates are always bent up due to people hitting it with their cars and do NOT park your car anywhere near grass since the mis-aligned sprinkler heads will shower car along with the grass.
The water company is on the East Coast and making online payments cost extra. So conventional mail is the only way.
**Mark-Taylor (a very prestigious property management/builder in the valley) recently bought Pavillions at Arrowhead. Good things are to come. Don't know what yet' Renovations perhaps' One concern is that Mark-Taylor, being the owner of very nice properties (in which 2 of them I have lived) may raise our rent since they recently took over. I have asked them on 2 seperate occasions what we could expect our new rent to be. And was told it will be "market value" but won't change until new lease. Yikes! Market value for 1004 sq/ft is a lot more than what our rent currently is.
