Good value From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   but this is where the theives look for victims. One of two cars was vandalized and broken into on numerous occasions, and found that 5 other vehicles were broken into the same night. A friend parked there and we rode together, returned to find a BB sized hole dead-center in his windshield. Finally, both cars were stolen 4 days apart and this was the last straw. Roommate stopped paying rent and saved to move into own apartment in the same complex although still on lease with me, because I decided to move into a house. The staff allowed all this to happen to a guy with no complaints toward or against, no late payments, etc. Note: Both my vehicles had custom wheels...
