Worst rental experience ever!
The apartment was right ON the 101 and really, really noisy.
Maintenance' What maintenance' Response is slow at best and this only if your call is EVER returned.
I did get the name of the District Manager for this place--it is Solie Loucks for those of you who need it.
Pretty place, I agree about the bug problem--how much could it possibly cost them for a pest control service' At the very least, hand out a can of bug spray with every lease!
They mis-posted a YEAR of water bills for me and it took me weeks to prove I'd paid the damn things.
Poor, uninterested management crew, understaffed maintenance staff--my advice' Find another place to rent.
