We moved in Aug of 03 site unseen off the internet. #1 mistake. Our balcony over looks the dumpster literally 15 ft away. The carpet was never replaced. Since we been here every apt. around us has had new carpet before the next tenant. Labor day weekend our air went out after the house had reached 100deg, 2 hrs after the maintance guy looked at it, we called back to the office to find out what was going on. We were told the compressor was out and they couldn't do anything till Tues. this was Sat mind you. We said that wasn't going to work expecially with a 1 year old. The management did nothing to help. We told them they would have to pay for a hotel. This was suppose to be a holiday weekend for us instead we spent in a holiday inn with a one year old anybody with kids knows this is not a pleasent time. Managment deducted $150 off our rent woohoo!!! The hotel was 50 something dollars a night and we had to eat all our meal out. You do the math....
Just a list of a few other things that has happend in our 8 months here.
Dumpster set on fire at 3 in the morning I was awaken buy the fire truck outside my bedroom window. Magagement didn't know about it till we told them.
Gates never work, someone actually ran the gate down at 5 on a sat morning this is a 20ft metal gate it's still laying against the fence. Cars constanly speeding, sqealing tires, and blasting loud music. I'm in constant fear of my child or myself getting run down. We actually saw a head on collsion at the front gate the chick was on the cell phone never looked up. Broken beer bottles in the pool, someone even smashed in the glass door that leads into the office from the pool. Hot tubs never work, the pool heater is never on. On a walk with my son he picked up a glass vial of mexican steriods that had been droped in the grass. My husband constantly goes to the managment with complaints he's told they'll look into it. We've recently been told we have a courtesey patrol I've yet to see anybody or a change. But hey they do have free donuts on Sat makes the alomst $1000 a month for a 2bdrm worth it

Tresa has cleaned up alot in a couple years. None of those problems exist at all anymore.

Uh YA they do, this review epitomizes why we left this HELLHOLE of a complex. Great of manangement to knock off $150 off rent for not fixing the a/c for 3 days in 100 degree weather, what sweethearts!! God I hate that place, I thank my lucky stars every day that we're gone!
