Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I lived here for 9 months. The property is pretty well maintained. However, they have a funky accounting method for water. The water is apportioned (divided) among the people in the unit....it is quite complicated and not explained when you move in... I was told my water bill would be 10.00 per month. I have spent weeks away from home and still ended up with a 20.00 water bill.
People in the office are often rude.
The walls ARE paper thin.... You can hear everything the people above or below you do... sweep, vacuum, shower, flush, walk, talk, alarm clock, tv...EVERYTHING (get it).
