This place has the worst grade carpeting... there is a reason why they replace the carpeting after each tenancy... because it would be unsuitable otherwise. The place is poorly insulated and you can hear your neighbors loud and clear. There are a LOT of younger people in the complex who drive through with loud music and fire off fire crackers. Management does nothing about it.

The parking is moderate, occassionaly you will find someone in your space and managements suggestion is for YOU to put a note on the offenders vehicle.

The summer time is water bug heaven. They come through the vents and it can be awfully disgusting. The flip side is it only last through monsoon season. The heated pools are a misnomer. They are not heated.... I dont believe it is in the budget. The exercise equipment is second rate, certainly, no reason to give up your health club membership.

The good thing abt this property is its location. That is it, nothing else.
