This was initially a nice complex. It does not offer as many ameneties as other communities, however, it does provide the basics. The demographics has changed and the community has lots of younger tenants who party on the weekends, which means parking hassles and litered walkways. There are no heated pools and I must agree with the previous writer that the water accounting method leaves a lot to be desired.
