Having moved here from So Calif, this is an excellent value and nice, clean place to live. The same apt doesn't exist in So Cal (slums are in So Cal), but if it did it would be priced at over $2,000 for a non gated, 2-bed with no management on staff and you would be lucky to have a pool. You do hear the neighbor's washer/dryer and footsteps above you, but what do you expect from an apartment'
We had issues when we first moved in - microwave broke, lights didn't work, faucet broke, no hot water - but a few polite calls to the office had things fixed promptly.

I am glad you found your home to be in decent condition. Unfortuneately, a lot of residents don't feel the same. Have they sold yet? I thought they were going condo so you may check. Maybe you can buy your home?

Ya they tried to go condo but couldn't get enough people to buy so they had to cancel those plans. Curious how they couldn't sell enough units...especially with how crappy this place is. This place may be $2k/month in So Cal, but then again it would be in So Cal and AZ...
