WOW!! When is someone going to get rid of that Manager' They treat you like gold until you sign that lease and then watch out. I lived in a two bedroom and it was a nice apartment. Nothing was clean in the apartment when we moved in though. The carpet looks like it is the original carpet installed when the place opened. Parking is a problem if you have guests or a roommate (The manager makes sure she has a covered spot right up front though). Usually takes more than one request to get maintenance out and they have left lights and fans on in apartment after repairs. Neighbor told me she had a cochroach infestation and had to go to a hotel because the manager told her that the exterminator wouldn't be out until the following Friday. I got a nice surprise around Thanksgiving. The manager sent me a letter telling me that my lease would not be renewed (was moving out anyway). Of course when I sent her and the corporate office a letter asking for an explanation I got no response. So I still do not know why they decided not to renew my lease. If they got a new manager I am sure it would be a better place to call home but until then please stay away. Such a shame because this place was great when it was the Springs at Arrowhead but new management has brought it down. I moved next door to Arrowhead Summit and have been very happy with the experience!! I would recommend you tour Arrowhead Summit before you sign up for a year of hell at Tresa.

Holy cr@p, I could not have articulated this better myself if I died and became reincarnated as Hemingway himself...this review just epitomizes the problem that almost all participants have to deal with here, that staff needs to go! AND NOW!

Thank the heavens for this website!! My girlfriend and i had narrowed our search down to 3 complexes, Tresa being one of them. This place has even lower reviews than the hellhole we're currently trying to escape (North Mountain Village). Your review kind of 'sealed the deal' on which complex we're choosing. We found one with a 70% satisfaction rating, and put the deposit down yesterday. Thank you ALL for your honest, straightforward opinions. They are invaluable to others!

Good luck! I would not recommend moving to Tresa. I moved from Tresa to Arrowhead Summit, which is next door, and it is 100% better!

Sounds terrible. I would consider a different place. I live at San Lagos and love it!
