My gf and I have lived here 8 months.....and ABSOLUTELY HATE IT! We needed a place to stay and fast at the time...and well we are paying for our haste.They moved us in a dirty apartment, stained carpet(looked like kids had gone wild in there), the STENCH or urine and feces. That's not even half of it....The front office is THE ABSOLUTE WORST....Bad attitudes, not wiling to solve any issues. The Grounds crew leaves bush and tree trimmings laying around. The parking....well the parking is horrible no spots available. Outdoor lighting never makes you feel safe, you never know when they will be working. The front gate...well that thing never works right and always left open. Walls....paper thin and can hear your neighbor breathing(NO JOKE ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO ME). WOW and the stray cats whatever you do do not go in the rocks, odds are they are not rocks its cat poop. I thought living close to Arrowhead Mall would be a blessing. Its a great neighborhood and close to any and everything. BUT.....This complex is not worth the headache. I will be breaking my lease and soon!
