I havent even lived in this apartment for 5 months and im already terrified of living here!!! lets start from the VERY beginning,i move into my apartment and it is just digustiging the carpets are filthy bulbs were out and on top of that the lazy asses didnt even plug in the tube to my dishwasher so it smelt like mold and trash ad guess what all they could do is apoligize cause managment at tresa is ALLways right in their eyes! two weeks later im on my way to work to see that my car has ben keyed and my gas was sifened i go up to the office and the best thing they can tell me is that they are not responsible for what happened. not only did i read that this has happened before to my neighbors but i also find out that 10 plus cars have been broken into and again all they can do is apoligize because they are rude heartless and dont care about there residents.And this is the kicker last night 5-26-09 im at apt. alone 20 year old female - i wake up at 930-10:00 to find someone pounding at my door. he was a good sized mexican man in a blue shirt but it was night time so the pbell on the shirt was not visible and he WAS NOT WEARING A BADGE! i then locked myself in the closet with a knife and called my boyfriend to come over IMMEDIATLY! and as i was on the phone with him my alram starts to go off cause he entered my apartment NEVER once said he was maintance i was terrified for my life he was half way in my apart and saw the knife in my hand and ran out the door. my boyfriend then came to the apartment and the guy was standing outside saying there was a supposive leak in the apt below me. I never got a phone call from the Rude manager Denise saying this emergency was going on and supposivley they are sooo perfessional. OFFICE HOURS ARE FROM 9-5 NO MAINTANCE MAN SHOULD FIRST OF ALL HAVE A KEY TO MY APT AND SECOND OF ALL ENTER MY APT AT THAT TIME OF NIGHT WITH IT NOT BEING A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY ITS ABSOLUTLEY ASANINE. in the morning i went to the office to speak with the manager about the situation and how i am un happy here and officially terrified and she starts raising her voice defending tresa like shes the victim and tells me that she apoligizes and they are aloud to enter your apartment whenever they need to. i then was so upset that i called the police and they talk to her and some how they confince the Glendale police department that i should have just asnwered the door all i have to say to that is are you kidding F****** kidding me this is my life in danger and my property. i wanted the maintance man arrested for illegal entering obviously that didnt happen. This place has been nothing but a nightmare all they care about is them selfs and recieving there money on time. im sick of it i want out of my lease free and deposit if they are not willing to do that i will take them to court for not only the things they have done to me but everyone in the past i think its disgusting that i have to worry about my car getting damaged, items getting stolen off my belcony (( my neighbors 200 dollar birds were stolen)),dirtness,horrable managment, and most of all MY SAFETY! all i can say is that all of those awards in their office are FAKE and LIES just like the ladies in that office and i would not suggest this complex for a family or single girls take your money and service somewhere who cares about the saftey and well being of their residents.

There's probably plenty of parking because no one wants to live there. I lived there for 6 months, and there was NO parking. I had to park in guest parking more than once because I got home past 5:00.

Gee I wonder if you're an employee in the office.You sound so fake and rehearsed.There never is any parking for my guests.Also,several times i have come home to someone parked in my assigned parking spot.Management has always been cold and rude to me and I have been nothing but nice.The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious.However there are a lot of stray cats,and screaming kids there.Also my water has been turned off several times without notifying me because they had to make repairs.The gym equipment sucks too.the pool is nice,but they only maintain the main pool by the office..they let the other 1 and a half pools go green in the middle of summer.So evryone has to go in the 1 main ,crowded pool.Which,they say is suppose heated,but never is.In fact,the water is always freezing for some reason.

I have been living here for about 2 years now. The management is rude and heartless.. The pools are not heated liked the website says. Parking what a joke so many junk cars never moved. Since i lived here there has been at least 10 cars broken into. The gates only work at night sometimes. Noisey and rude tenants, not all residents have have the same rules. i.e. management

WOW I TAKE EVERYTHING BACK THIS PLACE IS A J.O.K.E THE MANAGER IS A RUDE HEARTLESS LIAR ALONG WTH MICHELLE AND SHARON..JESSICA IS THE ONLY NICE ONE!! MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO..CAR KEYED AND HAVE M PROPERTY STOLEN FROM MY PATIO!! OH AND THE POOL/S ARE NOT HEATED INFAT AND CLOSE AT 10PM..IM MOVING NEXT DOOR!!!
