I have had similar experiences with this complex. My maintenance requests were always completed timely but they Mickey Mouse a lot of stuff. We moved in after they decided not to do a condo conversion so half the units had been upgraded and the other half were left unfinished. The counter tops in my apartment had been painted and if you set something hot down the paint bubbles and they tell you if you want it fixed you'll have to leave the apartment for a few days because of the fumes. I had to have the carpets cleaned twice because they were filthy and we had issues with ants, and roaches (in all fairness the roaches were dead which means they did spray) but it was still disgusting. There is no follow through with noise complaints, and the overall staff is not friendly. Also if you decide later to rent a larger apartment with them be ready to pay the full price even if there is a promotion going on with the apartment you would like to move into. There are no promotions for current residents looking to upgrade into a larger unit. The water is turned off frequently sometimes without notification and they seem to have a lot of issues with their pipes. Also the apartment price varies greatly between units, one two bedroom will be one price and then the same floor plan can be a lot more expensive due to what they consider "upgrades" and don't expect them to be able to tell you what unit has what upgrades because they don't know...it's a mess. Oh and they allow pets and residents do not pick up after them.
