Union Hills Estates Apartments

After living in these apartments for a year, dealing with broke down appliances, a flood, balacony door not working and crack heads for neighbors...I thought a new management team coming in an buying out would improve the living conditions. I thought wrong. One week upon their arrival, the management team whom refuse to provide the executive office phone number decided to revamp the parking structure. They chose to allow residents the option of choosing their own parking spaces. Though this may seem ideal, it is not if your not the first to get in there. I have an apartment at the very front of the complex, my parking is in the very back. I know of five different residents that carry the same dilemma. All of us in which have small children. In addition to this, I have heard they are raising the rent One hundred fifty dollars. In my opinion DO NOT RENT hear! My lease is up soon and I am out. They do not fix things and they are not friendly.

I know exactly what you mean! we also lived in the front and had the furthest possible parking spot. plus, the new management is rude. perhaps if they really knew what they were doing they wouldn't be so wretched to deal with.
