This used to be a relatively nice place to live. When Bernard Allison managed it, the staff were all pleasant, maintenance issues were handled quickly, and the gounds were kept pretty clean. Since the new management company took over, it's really turned into a mess. The security gates around the complex are IMPOSSIBLE to open (my nieghbor's key broke in the lock, and the managment's response was "Yeah, those gates are sticky."), the main security gate is a JOKE, as it's always open. There was some bumbling fiasco with parking, with the management making all parking a free-for-all, then assigning everyone differenst spots, and then finally going back to the originally assigned spot.
The main pool is a disgusting mess, with beer bottles floating in the pool and littered across the deck. And I'm not sure how to put this delicately, but on a few occasions there was actual feces on the pool deck. Too disgusting, not to mention a MAJOR health violation. No, there's not much the management can do to prevent people from using the pool area as a toilet, but it's still nasty.
I'm happy to be out of there. The place has turned into a dump.
