I moved here not to long ago. when i was looking for an apt, i came to apt ratings and they hadnt been rated so i though goody. then a police officer said that this place was safe, but now im not to sure what to think. to the person who wrote about the felons, i am looking in to that. i havent had to many problems but only one major issue and i dont want to say just in case mgt reads this, but they wouldnt fix the problem and it was an emergency and it was basically oh well. people always park in wrong spots, the maintance personal is so unprofessional. jamey is fine though. everyone else scrubby, nasty look like they could harm you people. But if i find out theres felons working here,major felongs not dui or fraud. i will be getting out of this lease fee free and will be moving.
the gate is always broken. but one good thing about this place is that for the most part its quite and well lit. occassionaly youll here people outside yelling and cussing but not often. im not to sure if i would recommend this place or not. i do feel safe walking from my car to the apt in the dark, but i carry pepper spray. :)
now that theres alll these bad reviews i dont know what to think whereas before there were none.so something isnt right, right' good luck to you! may god bless you in more ways then one!
