When we first moved in here the apartment wasn't that bad-- what did we expect for $550/mo, right'' Well, then we saw things getting progressively worse. The management changes hands everything few months and nothing EVER gets done. The wall between the apartment complex next to us was "broken" and all the other kids from the ghetto apartments next door were coming and playing all over the property and being loud and obnoxious. That wall took FOREVER to fix. Our "new" dishwasher sucks, our air conditioner is missing a part that they were supposed to order 2 months ago, the oven barely works, they make "random" checks in your apartment (you have no choice apparently) for "inventory" purposes. The parking is a complete fiasco and a joke. People parking in handicapped spots because they are too lazy to park in their own spot or find an uncovered spot, not because they are handicapped. The whole property needs to be resurfaced due to huge potholes and cracks. The fitness center is a joke- it isn't even a fitness center. Cars get broken into and stolen on a regular basis. The grounds are NEVER neat and tidy, and the trash is left to overflowing. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I can't wait until my lease is up!!!
