Office staff is rude and unprofessional.
Side gates always closed so one way in one way out for the entire complex, Fun in the morning when the first car wants to go left. Fun if you live next to the gate that is always locked and have to drive over all of the speed bumps.
Walls are thin, I could hear the lady next door snoring.
Nothing ever gets fixed or replaced.
So glad to be out!! Bye Bye Union Hills Estates (Estates that's funny!!)
