People come in and out of the complex, most usually wait by the gate until it opens. Most come in by the car full. People who actually pay rent can never find an open parking spot as those coming and going not living there take them up. Thise who pay rent park in fire lanes and get tickets. The staff is not the brightest, we had numerous move-in problems. Cars/trucks like to ray rubber at all hours of the night.

I agree, I counted more than a dozen cars parked OUTSIDE the gates. People can't find parking. If my car was stolen because I had to park outside the gate, I'd be pissed.

I agree, and our vehicle was stolen!!! Our apartment was attempted to be broken in to, the door was bashed in, our side storage area was broken into and I fear for our other vehicle. The staff I have had no problems with, they seem pretty nice...my only complaint in the cleptos!

I agree. Lots of people wait for the gates to open then run in while a car who opened it is waiting for them to move and if they are in the middle and going slow the gate still closes and i've seen cars that can't make it, the gate closes just as the last person gets in.

People leave the gates you can walk thru open all the time, its not as bad anymore but i'd see them open 24-7, everytime we came home one of us would get out of the car at the front and close those gates.

I also strongly believe that there is either one person renting an apartment and he lets ALL his friends stay there or its a group of them all paying a very small amount of rent and staying there, i see the same group of people wearing a shirt and having another one or two in there hand of different colors wondering the parking lot looking at all the cars and apartments. Looks like they're up to no good.

Also some of the people here will pull in and wait for a friend and either park or sit in the middle of the road and honk there horn until there friend comes out.

Or park in the middle of the road, leave there car running and go get there mail.

Come on! If there are no uncovered spots open then park in a covered spot, i mean if you are just getting your mail it shouldn't cause a problem. Thats what i do when we go shopping, I park in one of the covered spots in front of my apartment and unload my car then move to my assigned spot on the other side of the building and it's never been a problem, as long as you dont stay there for a long time.

There was one guy and someone parked in his assigned spot, on a weekday, middle of the day, there where uncovered spots open and his assigned spot is like two spots away from a lot of empty uncovered spots and he sits there in the road honking his horn. It was so annoying, finally a guy came out of a different apartment, had to go to the office for the guy to get a tow truck called. How lazy can you be!!?!

So a lot of really strange and shady people stay here, it seems when someone moves out its people that dont casue problems and dont have all there friends come take the parking spots and the people that move in cause the problems.

Parking shouldn't be bad, there are a lot of open apartments, more so not around me i've seen a lot move out in the last month and two move in.

Sure in apartments you are going to get some strange people but this seems worse.

The walls are thin, i got some real big people living on the 3rd floor above us and i can hear them all the time.

I guess its policy, the big people get the top floor. We actually wanted the 3rd floor when we moved in, they gave us the 2ed so we figured the 3rd was taken, it wasn't and some big epople moved in up there. ALso they got a spot right in front of there apartment where we got one on the other side of the building near the end. I dont know how that works out.

No problems with maintenance, the few issues we had, which have never been big ones, we'd walk to the office to tell them since we live right near it and someone comes and fixes it right away, the guy even filled out a work order and said someone iwll be there in a few hours, the guy was there in like 30 seconds!

There is construction right on the side of this place, building condo's i think and i leave my windows open all day and i never hear it so as far as i am concerned it isn't a problem.

Noise, its not to bad except at nights you get some cars burning out once and a while (UTI students im sure) and some times on friday thru sundays there are lots of parties, at least near us but i rarely hear them but once every week or two there seems to be a lot of really lound people who can't talk normally and they play music as lound as they can, but have not done it at night yet and the longest they did was for an hour and a half, if anyone said anyhting to them or they stop on there own i dont know. Noise is average, a bit worse on weekends but its not to big a problem thus far and thats good since i always seem to work early mornings every weekend and need my sleep.

Grounds are good, they've gotten better. There are more dogs around and you see dog crap in the grass and rocks and thats just people not picking it up and thats not a big deal to me, i walk on the sidewalks anyways and i dont want them to ban dogs because of it. I also think half of it, maybe a bit more is from cats, whenever i see dogs i see people with them, but i see cats walking around any time they want, alone, walking on cars and crapping where they feel like, so most of it is cats. People dont seem to want to watch there cats and people dont seem to care but they seem to want people to be with there dogs, dunno what the double standard is but most of it is from cats.

Safety, it's average. I see a lot of shady people and people that dont live here around all the time and people unlocking the gates and leaving them open after the people in the office leave and I dont like that but I do feel a lot better knowing there are two dead bolts on the patio door and the front door, one which you can unlock from the outside, the other only from the inside. So sure it might be easier for people to break in when you are gone since only one is locked when you are gone but when you are home you can lock both and even if it was late at night and you are sleeping they could pick the lock from the outside if they are good enough but they'd have to bust the door down to get in since they cant get to the 2nd one and the main thing is feeling safe when im home. Rather someone come in when we're gone then home but it hasn't been a problem.
I have seen a lot of the doors leading to the gurages broken and busted though.

Office staff is great. Always nice, always fast to get your packages for you and always nice about it. Something I wouldn't like doing if I worked there. Any time we have a problem something in our apartment which was only twice we'd walk to the front office which we live next to, tell them and say someone will be over today, right when we get back someone shows up and fixes it right away.

Overall its a good place to live. I believe the office staff does all they call, the main problems are parking and people coming in who dont live here but what more can they dO??? All the gates have locks just people unlock them when the staff leave, thats up to US to close them when we see them open not just be upset and drive by them. The office staff themself can not tow cars and dont know whose belongs there and whose doesn't, which is why, once this parking sticker thing starts to go in affect, as long as they enforce it fully and ticket or tow every single car parked in the open spots without a sticker then people without the stickers will finally get there lazy butt to the office and get the sticker. (we did it, from the time we walked in it took less then 2 minutes for our two cars)and those who dont live there or have a sticker might finally realise not to park there or they'll get towed and stop taking the spots at night.

So i've not had a problem. They also said you can paint the apartments if you want, just paint it back to its orginal color when you move out, not a big deal. So everything the office staff can do to make this place run smoothly and safe i believe they've done and there new ideas of parking stickers is a great idea and proof that they are trying to correct the concerns people have.
