I strongly urge people NOT to move here. I'm pretty sure they don't inspect apartments before anyone moves in. The master bath plumbing did not work, the disposal did not work, the microwave light and fan did not work (correction: still do not work). There was mold on the master bath and they told us to use clorox and clean it. As for parking, you better be in every night before 8pm or you will have to park in a fire lane. Noise also is a huge problem, I usually have drunk people outside my window at 2am once a week. Overall this place runs and looks like a college dorm. One last note...the office staff is very rude and always seems annoyed.
