We ve enjoyed the community so far
Parking can be a challenge, but from what I hear it s been an ongoing issue with previous mgmts also. Most of the time there are spots in the large middle section of the community. The apartment itself is great and think the pricing is reasonable for the features and appliances. It is apartment living so yes you can occasional hear your neighbors, but the community seems fairly quiet for the size. The courtesy patrol guard has stopped me before and I have no problem offering my info since they are checking for people who do not live here. The office staff does seem to be busy and I ve had to wait on more than one occasion for someone to become available to help me. The ones I ve talked with are nice and it makes me feel good that they always remember my name. We enjoy it here and like that it s close to Westgate, the freeway and other shopping/restaurants in the area.
