I have lived here for one year and have not been pleased. My room mate's car got spray painted in the parking lot, and our storage was broken into. There is NEVER any parking and we have received one parking ticket since living here for just trying to park some place within the complex. There is a long wait list for garages so we could not rememdy the parking problem if we tried. The management is not the greatest and I have called maintenance and they never showed up when they said they would. Also, the leasing office will not accept packages so you have to go the whole way to the Glendale post office to pick them up. The apartments are nice and the complex is pretty, but I would not recommed living here.

I COMPLETELY AGREE. ANOTHER ISSUE IS THE STAFF LIES THROUGH THEIR TEETH AND THE MANAGER SWEARS TO IT.

I agree with both posts! The office is not customer friendly. They act as if you work for them and it's a priviledge for you to live here. My lease ends at the end of the year and I will NOT be renewing. They offer no incentives whatsoever to residents that currenly live here but offer all kinds of move-in specials. It's a huge money pit with very unfriendly staff.

Wow, I can't believe I'm not the only one going through this. I feel the exact same way about them. The ladies at the office. They just treat you like they are above you and...exactly like the last post said, like it is a privilege that we live there. Well, I've got news for you. the B.B.B is about to be called. I'm a deployed soldier and we've already had a soldier have 3 colonels in a company's face for trying to screw them. The company had to reimburse the soldier fully and still fix the problem. Hint: Don't try to screw a soldier over....now you're just askin for it.
