I have lived in many apartment complexes and THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PARKING !!!!!
If you come home after 5-6pm you might get lucky on the other side of the complex from which you live on. If you come home any later, THERE WILL BE NO PARKING !!!!
If you decide to park somewhere else in the complex there ROVING TOW TRUCKS will have your car gone by daylight. This must be a huge money making SCEME for the tow companies. They patrol a complex they know has no parking. The management really doesnt care about the issue and its a too bad for you attitude. They feel that the one covered slot they allow you is appropriate. Even though just about no household has only one car, this includes 3 bedroom apartments. I have never written a review in a negative way for a complex before but, this is unacceptable. Also the parking spaces available are ridiculously small. Good luck getting in and out of your vehicle! I have already gone so far as to alert the CODE COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT to review this situation.

As the Manager of The Villas, I would like to respond that due to a non-compliant parking location, unfortunately this author's vehicle was removed at their expense. Current residents do have the ability to remove a vehicle if someone is occupying their carport with a Verification Card. To allow access for safety vehicles, the towing company does have authorization to remove vehicles and the city also conducts random patrols. The Management is willing to discuss any concerns when it is approached in a productive manner.

I agree with the author. While the complex is beautiful the management is not very customer friendly. The parking is ridiculous. The spaces are not adequate and most people do have a least 2 vehicles. Instead of addressing the parking issue management always diverts the issue in another direction. There is a huge entertainment room available for usage by the residents. The catch is that you can only use it during office hours. Who is going to have guests over between the hours of 9am-6pm Monday through Friday? Not customer friendly and management is not willing to be flexible. If you have to live here, do it for a short period and then move on.

One word. WOW. That's what the manager has to say in response? Did the author say anything about other people being in their spot? You're blatantly diverting the issue right there. You're almost trowing it in their face that they had their vehicle towed! Do you think he WANTED to park in an illegal spot? YOU guys set us up for this. You sit behind a desk and laugh about it. Why haven't you come up with any other options for us to do? Because he is right. Even with a 3-bedroom apt., you get 1 assured spot. I'm in the U.S. Army National Guard, currently deployed to Iraq, and I cannot believe the way you treat us here. It just blows my mind.

don't use your "i am deployed to iraq" card over a parking spot, bad taste!...not cool!

agree with the author. me and my wife had a curfew while living there because if we came home to late we would have to park across the street or in a nearby business just so we wouldnt get towed by the parking ----
