Do not recommend this complex!

I have been living here for almost 9 months now, and as soon as I moved in, I felt like I just became a number and the leasing agent just wanted to get paid. The parking is impossible here. No matter how many bedrooms you have, your limited to one spot. And they will tow your car with out even a fair warning. I am constantly dealing with bugs coming into the apartment. The gym has gone to crap, when I first moved in it was in great condition. Plus when I moved into the apartment there were ALOT of things that needed to be fixed or patched up. They have you send in that stupid list right after you move in but don't do crap about it unless if you tell them. Now, they really just don't seem to care. Half of the time the equipment is not even working and on top of trash constantly just being left in there. Once you move in, you will really get a sense that that the front office just flat out does not care for the community. And on top of everything else, I live on the "prorated" water side which used to run me no more than $45.00 a month. Now they are charging me sewer, trash, adn utility tax out of now where. Definately not fair for already being a current resident. This place may look great on the outside, but overall I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate.
