what was I thinking

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
This place is a ghetto in disguise. If you want to properly train your children to be future gang bangers then move here. They are terrible. These kids start fires on patios,give each other rides in the dryers,throw rocks,fight,vandalize the palyground and break into cars. That is just a few examples. Nothing gets fixed around here. The management doesn't care. They just keep moving in the scum of the earth.
