WAY OVERPRICED AND VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT - The apartments here are relatively nice... Great place I have lived here for almost three years and love it! The staff is great and very friendly. Maintenance is good, and neighbors are great. When I had ant or noisy neighbor comlaints it was taken care of right away. I would reccomend this place to family and friends!!

Expensive, but very nice place I lived there for seven years and loved the two bedroom and two bath apartment.
The management team is easy to get along with and is very responsive to repair requests. The pools are generally very clean and and the weight room is great.

Great place that you can call home!!! I lived at Arroyo Vista for 9 months and its great place to live at. The people at the office are very friendly and helpfull. I loved that every time i needed something repair they came with in the same day to fix the problem.The property is always keept clean
