I would just like to start by saying that the apartments are beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous!!! However you pay a huge premium for that...hope you have a good job. Ever since the new management came in they are trying to make it into a retirement community. There is a fat security guard that acts like a babysitter to all the residents...even though I pay his minimum wage salary. We are not allowed to hang a beautiful flower pot from our balcony because it's a safety hazard; if someone were to be lurking in the bushes below they may get "hurt." In other words...the apartment community will not look "uniform." Apparently it's another safety hazard to back my car in to it's covered spot...even though some jerk almost backed into me while I was getting my mail the other day. What if hit me''' Isn't this a liability issue''' They have threatened to tow my car if I back in again. What's next'' Are we going to have to have a specific color car' or have to be a certain race' Towels are not permitted to be in site on my very own balcony. When you try to discuss an issue with management they complement your outfit and talk to you about what happened on last night's episode of the Batchelor. Some of the personal in the office are quite helpful and always courteous, willing to help, because they know Andiamo is owned by a couple old stuck up --------! Back when it was Alexan they had beautiful carved stone entrance signs, Adiamo covered them up with this vinyl cheepa$$ thing from Wal-Mart. They should take these down because its not uniform with the rest of the architecture.
In Conclusion, Andiamo is a nice place if you don't mind bending over and lubing up for management once in a while. By the way their going to raise the rent tremendously in the future to pay for the new landscaping.......enjoy.

By the way...the carpet is literally coming up thread by thread...after vacuuming 1 sq foot I have to clean out my entire vacuum. The first time we vacuumed the carpet we had to get a broom stick handle and plunge it through the hose of our BRAND NEW VACUUM. We had collected a gallon zip lock bag full of carpet fibers from the hose. Thankfully management said they would come professionally clean our carpet...we're still waiting 4 months later and our vacuum is still clogged :(

I agree with this written review and response, but it shouldn't be a 4/5 rating. It should be a 1/5. I am a tenant and the management is horrible. They routinely harass people, especially those who don't pay the highest rent premiums.

I have lived in a lot of apartments as I have to move every 2-3 yrs in my line of work. Honestly, I have never had management that works as efficiently as that of APV. They are extremely friendly. I have to wonder if the renter that complains about the management above is not just unhappy because they are tenants that do not follow the rules. Or maybe they haven't leased very long. ? Except for THE CARPET, I have no issues with this apartment and think the management is the best I've found in the 5 different states where I have had the chance to reside.
