My wife and child moved into the apartments when it was Alexan Palm Valley and we loved the management. Yes the apartments cost above average and rising, but with the area so nice and the management making you feel like a guest you didn't feel like you were getting ripped off. If you told Alexan management something was wrong, they would say, "Sure, we can fix that, or do that". The new management is all about, "Nope, was written in the lease" or they tell you something on the phone and then something different. I would not recommend this apartment complex. I don't want to be all negative but I agree about the carpet being an issue. I have steamed clean it twice and it is still coming up in the vaccum cleaner in bunches. My wife wants to buy a new vaccum but I told her it was the carpet, and with the previous comment I know it isn't our vaccum. There never was weeds with the old management now they are popping up all over. I didn't even know about the backing the cars in. I had a "huge" issue with getting a pet. They told us one thing on the phone and they said something different AFTER WE GOT THE PUPPY. They wanted us to get ride of our pet and wouldn't face up to there misinformation. Get everything in writing from this management company and use it against them. This a Cover Your A$$ kind of situation. My wife and I are in the military and were gone during the 1st of the month and we had our mother pay the rent, but they made her come back because they can't accept checks from anyone other than those on the lease. WE ARE DEPLOYED - WTF!!! Can't wait to move out and get a house....

I agree. I am going through all of these postings because some of the "positive" postings are written by the management under different usernames. Don't believe it. Don't waste your money only to be told "it's not on the lease". Can't even back your car into your parking spot, even if you pay $900/month for a 1-bedroom! What a joke.
